I guess the funniest thing that I have had said about me is that I am to nice of a person. I don’t know, maybe that is just a character flaw of mine, but I do agree with what Christ said, “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.” Now let’s see, on to some things about me. My name is Michael and I am a full time father of three wonderful children. I attend a small First UPC church in Waxahachie, TX. I have thought about going to larger churches before, but to me you just loose the closeness you get out of a small church. I do not want to attend a church where you just kind of get lost in the crowd, you know what I mean. Please don’t get me wrong, I do not see anything wrong with a large church, but this is just my preference. I love to read. I am currently reading a Daily Walk NIV Bible and am reading the Ultimate Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy Collection. I also like to read books by Max Lucado as well. Fishing and camping was something I did a lot of when I was growing up and I loved doing I a lot. I cannot even count how many memories I have from doing those things with my mom and step dad and I plan making those same memories with my children now that they are old enough to really enjoy it I love listing to Christian music on the radio and when I am driving. Some of my favorite groups are: Toby Mac, Kutless, and Casting Crowns just to name a few. I also like to listen to Christian talk radio to keep up with what is going on in this world around us.
